ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation must be requested by email gaptour@gapgroup.co
• Deadlines for cancellation request:
  1. Cancellations made up to 60 days before date of the arrival: there will be refund but with deduction of 5% of the total paid (limited to a maximum of R$ 50.00) concerning administrative fee equal to 1 night plus the daily value chosen hotel.
  2. Cancellations made between 59 and 31 days from the date of the arrival: there will refund but with a deduction of R$ 100.00 concerning administrative fee plus the amount corresponding to 2 nights at the hotel chosen if there is no resale of the apartment, or plus the daily value corresponding to 1 night, if the unit is resold to another customer.
  3. Cancellations made 30 days or less from the date of the arrival: THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID..
